These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuiroMassage Practice website (the "Site") and the services offered through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services
QuiroMassage Practice provides information about our massage therapy services and allows users to book appointments online.
Appointment Booking
By booking an appointment through the Site which uses Acuity Scheduling for bookings, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information on your client questionnaire. QuiroMassage Practice reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as necessary.
Payment
Payment for services booked through the Site is due at the time of booking. QuiroMassage Practice uses Acuity scheduling for bookings which is connected to Square for payment processing services, accepted payment methods by Square are: Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Debit cards: Visa, Mastercard. Contactless payments: Apple Pay, Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Clients will pay a 25% deposit of the total service cost at the time of booking, in the event of a late cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-show on the day. Your deposit will not be refunded.
Gift Voucher Terms: Gift vouchers for QuiroMassage treatments are available for purchase through our website, that uses Acuity Scheduling. Please note that all gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed within 365 days from the date of purchase. The expiration date is clearly indicated on each voucher to ensure validity. When you purchase a gift voucher an e-gift voucher will be emailed to you, which you can print or email and contains a link to schedule an appointment.
Privacy Policy
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without prior written permission from QuiroMassage Practice.
Limitation of Liability
QuiroMassage Practice is not liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the services offered through the Site. In no event shall QuiroMassage Practice be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, UK. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

QuiroMassage Practice reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
